Are you relieved it went off without a hitch? Your daughter loved all that was selected and you don't actually have to set foot into a store today to stand in that return line? Your cookies were delicious, recipes requested and are all out of your houseso today you start eating like you know you should? Or, are you like the rest of us; bone tired, reaching for a peanut butter ball as you scramble for the receipts you'll need today to return that bathrobe Aunt Sally didn't want? Whatever your holiday looked like, my wish for you today is peace. Peace to say, I gave my all. Peace to remember the hearts you touched with your goodness and the peace to enjoy the lights, music and yes even another PB Ball. Peace, my friend.  Val XX

Are you a traditional Red & Green Girl?

With so much love for French country, Farmhouse style and White in Blogland I have some trouble finding kindrid spirits! Mine is a home with NO white walls (not even 1) no painted trim, (I am in Wisconsin with a family that loves the outdoors!) and a true passion for color!

While I love to see what beautiful spaces are created in your homes, I haven't shared much of mine. I had a friend stop by and comment, "No one I know has a home like yours."! Now, you could interpret that a dozen ways to Sunday, but I think she meant I live with what I love!! AND I love RED!
Guess I'll get the camera into action and capture more of my colorful Holiday journey.

The Limited Edition Collectibles are back!

 Many of you have trees full of Avon's dated and beautiful Pewter Ornaments! This year's bell is certainly a lovely addition to your collection. It only took 1 year when Avon decided not to add to the collectible line up of Pewter for them to hear your outcry and quickly put one back on the list for each Christmas to come!

 Our 2015 Holiday Bells Collectible Pin will ring in the new year with glamorous style! It's lovely rhinestone studded bow and bells will make your winter coat a festive expression whereever you go!
It is 2in in diameter and a true statement piece. I know some of you even display your collection in a shadowbox so even when not wearing them daily, you enjoy your collection!

2015 also brings the Collectible Avon Plate back! This lovely tree is trimmed with 18K gold and would look beautiful on a holiday buffet with it's stand or hanging on a wall in an archway or entry.                                                          What a festive way to celebrate!

I just read a survey that asked readers when they started their holiday shopping. 75%, YES I said 75%, replied it wasn't until the Turkey had left the building!!! WOW! Some like the hussle and bussle of Holiday shopping, some just didn't want to spend the $$ until they had to and some waited to get the best deals.
